A grand jury will be convened to determine whether or not NBA star Gilbert Arenas and his teammate Javaris Crittenton will be charged for their Christmas Eve locker room dispute over gambling debts in which they each allegedly pulled a gun.
Arenas and Crittenton are going to meet with D.C.-area detectives this afternoon and afterward, the case will head to the D.C. grand jury. The U.S. Attorney will likely call Washington Wizards head coach Flip Saunders and a member of the Verizon Center security team as witnesses in the incident.
Arenas and Crittenton could face criminal charges and possibly even criminal assault.
Both players claim that the incident was just a prank.
