Calling all gamers.
The public beta for the browser-based, multi-person FPS (first person shooter) Quake Live launches tonight. Based on the countdown clock over at the Quake Live website, it would seem that the game will go live in about an hour or two at the most.
Quake Live is basically a browser-based version of Quake III, which is a multi-player shoot-em-up game. If you're in the mood to frag a few people, hop on in about an hour or two.
