I’m not exactly sure what Florida State lineman Zebrie Sanders was thinking here. Perhaps, we’re all confused and this was a newly erected statue in his honor.
After the quarterback snaps the ball, Sanders doesn’t move – at all.
Often, players will “freeze” like this to ensure that any penalty flags that are thrown go the other way.
Still, I think Zebrie Sanders took the idea a little too far. This one’s sure to make the sports blooper reel.
