Country singer Shania Twain is about to take the plunge as she recently became engaged to marry Frederic Thiebaud. The Swiss Nestle Exec popped the question about two months ago in Switzerland.
Twain was spotted with Thiebaud at Serafina’s Fabulous Grill in New York on Thursday with a huge engagement ring.

This story is not without its fair share of drama, however, as Thiebaud is the ex-husband of Twain’s ex-best friend Marie-Anne Thiebaud, the woman Robert “Mutt” Lange, Twain’s husband of 14 years, abruptly left her for back in May 2008. Follow that?
Although both parties denies the extramarital affair, the mutual pain were responsible for bringing Shania and Frederic closer together.
“I’ve never seen Shania so happy,” says one of her friends. “She has ended up with the love of her life.”
