Forbes college rankings for 2009 have been released. The best college in the United States has a curfew time of 11:30pm.

It also prohibits alcohol in its dorms, and requires that those same dormitories be kept sparkling clean.

The students there get a world-class education at no cost, and they incur no debt…except perhaps for a duty to their country.
