Facebook is absolutely laying the smack down on MySpace.
Facebook is currently more than double the size of "rival" MySpace, according to the latest Comscore data.
To top it off, MySpace lost 2 percent of its users in just one month where Facebook grew by almost 40 million members last month. MySpace now has 124 million unique visitors per month compared to Facebook’s 276 million.
Remember, less than12 months ago MySpace and Facebook were just about even.
According to Comscore, about 1 person out of 4 with an internet connection went to Facebook last month. The company is in 6th place overall in unique users and just 3rd behind Google, Microsoft and Yahoo in page views.
MySpace seems to be entering a downward spiral of death with executive departures and an apparent lack of a gameplan.
