Rapper Fabolous has confirmed via Twitter that the car accident rumors that have been spreading around the internet are just that…rumors.

Fabolous admits that he was moved at how concerned his fans were, but he’s just fine, thank you very much.

The rumors likely came about due to the fact that the rap star recently felt ill while driving and called for an ambulance.

Here is what he said about the incident and the rumors:

Wow! I’m ok everyone..thanks 4 the concern. I was not in a car accident, but I think i know where it started.. Let me explain

I was drivin yesterday morning & started feeling very sick & felt like I was gon pass out while driving.. I veered off 2 da side of the road

Had a ambulance called and they picked me up from the side of the road.

So, as you can see, it’s all good in da’ hood. No worries.
