Elin Nordegren has herself some fine new digs. Tiger Woods‘ ex just coughed up a cool $12.2 million of her $110 million settlement for a 17,178-square-foot, beach-front mansion in North Palm Beach, Florida.
The new home is a mere 10 miles from Tiger’s new place in Jupiter, Florida and has eight bathrooms and a 4,700-square-foot basement.
Nordegren purchased the two-story mansion back in February through divorce attorney Dennis Belcher.
Back in October, Nordegren took a look at a $5 million penthouse apartment in Jupiter Island, where Tiger’s new home is under construction.
Woods’ mansion will be a 12-acre, $50-million bachelor pad. It will features a 6,400-square-foot gym/media room/bar, an elevator, a lap pool, a reflecting pond, and a 3.5-acre practice facility.
“It features four greens, six bunkers with different depths and kinds of sand, a video center and a putting studio,” Woods posted to his blog. “It’s also set up so I can hit shots out of my second-story studio.”
