Google has added a new feature to Gmail that will make your life a little easier.

The new feature, just added today, adds a “move to” menu item, allowing users to both add a “label” to e-mails and archive them at the same time.

While Gmail still doesn’t have folders, or a drag and drop feature for that matter, the new option takes you at least one step closer.  You can now move e-mails “into” labels like they were folders in one easy step.  Before, the process involved labeling and then separately archiving.

Elsewhere at Google, today Big G launched the Internet Bus Project, an initiative designed to highlight the positive aspects of the internet to the people across the cities of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

Yep, Google is hitting the road over the next month and a half to demonstrate how the Internet can make everyday tasks simple with tools like Google Search, Gmail, Google Maps and more.

To learn more about the project and get updates from the road, visit the Google India Blog or the Internet Bus Project website.

Last but not least, you can now search with your voice on the Android.

Don’t want to type a long query, like “U.S. economic stimulus plan”, on your T-Mobile G1? Just say it.

You can start searching by voice with just the touch of a button. On the home screen search widget, look for the microphone button right next to the search box and the search button. Press that button, wait for the “Speak now” prompt, and then say your query. You’ll soon see search results formatted for the Android browser.

If your speech is not interpreted correctly for some reason, try tapping the down arrow to the right of the search box and you’ll see a drop down list of other suggested queries. Look for your query there.
