Here’s something you certainly don’t see every day.
Some are saying this dog, who’s been put up for adoption, has a human face.
Gawker points out that Tonik, a poodle-Shih Tzu mix available in an Indiana animal welfare agency, has an “eerily humanoid” face.
Petfinder notes that the pup came to the Homeward Bound Animal Welfare Group from a shelter in Kentucky. The photos were shot by Renny Mills, a well-known pet photographer.
In an email to The Huffington Post, Jen Schwartz, the owner of Homeward Bound,said the animal shelter had recently taken in a few canines that needed dental work and had illnesses that required expensive treatments.
