very interesting… never knew the dp owners were shady! It makes you understand why Ebay has to raise their fees so much. They really need to cover their butts! This is another case of being too greedy, I mean come on DP — there are better ways of making money with a huge community like yours.

eBay has many times the cash that Digital Point has so I am sure they will settle out of court. Provided DP is actually liable of such accusations.

I can’t say that I’m surprized to see this. It has been known for sometime now that digitalpoint owners are more than a bit shadey to say the least. Its sad though that these idiots have to ruin it for the honest and good people.
