Maybe...then again, maybe not.

Kelly Clarkson is once again fighting with her record label over her latest single "Already Gone," a song she co-wrote with OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder.

Clarkson said in a radio interview with Canada's CBC over the weekend that she fought to prevent the ballad from being included on her new album All I Ever Wanted after she realized it was eerily similar to Beyonce's "Halo."

Guess who wrote "Halo"...that's right...Ryan Tedder.

Kelly Clarkson claims that she only got to hear the final recording when the album was completed. At that point, she noticed that that the same backing track from "Halo" was also featured on "Already Gone."

She then called Ryan Tedder in a rage, saying: "I don't understand. Why would you do that? No one's going to be sitting at home, thinking, 'Man, Ryan Tedder gave Beyonce and Kelly the same track to write to.' No, they're just going to be saying I ripped someone off."

Says Kelly Clarkson...

"I fought and fought [to stop the song's release]," she said in the Canadian interview. "In the end, they're releasing it without my consent...It sucks, but it's one of those things I have no control over. I already made my album. At this point, the record company can do whatever they want with it."

Do you think they are similar? Listen below and then vote...
