It was madness! Derek Fisher hit a tiebreaking, game-winning 3-point shot with just 3 seconds left in the game last night to help the Los Angeles Lakers score a 73-70 victory over the Dallas Mavericks, breaking Dallas’ five-game winning streak.
Vince Carter then missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer for the defending champs, who managed to sweep Los Angeles out of the second round of the playoffs last spring, ending the Lakers’ shot at a three-peat.
On hand to witness the thrilling victory was Lamar Odom‘s wife, Khloe Kardashian, who watched the game from Lakers second-row seats, cheering her head off for the Mavericks.
Other celebrities in attendance included the likes of Chris Tucker, Don Cheadle, and boxing trainer Freddie Roach.
