
Does YouTube have its first 91- year-old star? It sure looks that way.
Clara Cannucciari, a great-grandmother, has debuted "Depression Cooking with Clara", an instructional cooking series on fabulous recipes from the Great Depression (when I first saw this, I figured it was going to be recipes for people suffering from depression - boy, was I wrong!).
The idea is a simple but brilliant one, as most viral sensations are. America is in the midst of the worst recession SINCE The Great Depression so there is certainly a need for simple and inexpensive recipes.
Among her more popular recipes are Clara’s Poorman’s Meal, Pasta With Peas, and Peppers & Eggs.
