David Carradine Found Dead in Hotel

Actor David Carradine was found dead in a Thailand hotel on Thursday morning, according to his manager, Chuck Binder.

Binder has indicated that the death is currently "being investigated" but could provide no other details.

He went on to add that Carradine's death was "shocking and sad. He was full of life, always wanting to work ... a great person."

David Carradine gained notoriety in the '70s for his role as Kwai Chang Caine in the "Kung Fu" TV series. He was 72 years old.

Today, he is best known for playing "Bill" in Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill" movies.

David Carradine was married five times and divorced four times. He is survived by his widow, Annie Bierman.
