The forensics expert investigating the death of actor David Carradine has concluded that he did not commit suicide, but added that more information was needed before determining the exact cause of death.
Keith and Robert Carradine, David's brothers, each read part of a statement at a Los Angeles hotel Thursday morning. This was their first public appearance since the actor was found hanging in a Bangkok hotel room last week. Since that time, the David Carradine death scene photo has been leaked, incensing the family.
"This is a devastating loss for our family and we greatly appreciate the compassion pouring in from all over the world," Keith Carradine said.
They also released a statement by Dr. Michael Baden of New York that indicated a second autopsy determined David Carradine didn't kill himself.
Robert Carradine then asked for patience and for time to allow the family to grieve.
