A Dallas high speed chase has ended after the car being pursued by police ran a red light and was hit by a pickup truck in the intersection.
Police officers approached the car after the crash on Monday, but the driver didn't immediately exit the sedan after the pickup smashed into it.
No word yet on injuries or why the car was being chased. Television reports say the chase started 90 minutes earlier in the Dallas suburb of Mesquite.
