Lindsay Lohan left an L.A. nightclub in tears after a confrontation with her ex-girlfriend, Courtenay Semel, who has been asking the starlet to check into rehab.
Lohan left Brittny Gastineau‘s birthday bash at Crown Bar in Los Angeles on Wednesday night after meeting up with Semel, whom Lohan dated in 2007 but had recently asked her to get help.
One source says, “Everyone was trying to keep [Lohan and Semel] apart, especially since Courtenay is recently out of rehab and has pleaded with Lindsay to do the same.”
Meanwhile, Lindsay’s father is continuing his own efforts to get her into rehab by making public his audio tapes of their telephone conversations to show that she is truly in trouble. On the latest tape, Lindsay’s assistant is heard telling Michael Lohan, “I am trying to save your daughter’s life every day.”
