I work at VeriSign and this is definitely an April Fool’s “joke”.

This was copied directly from an earlier hoax report from DomainNameNews.com - they attempted to illustrate the joke by linking to an April Fool’s landing page.

I am not quite sure why DomainNameNews would slander VeriSign and toss in a fruadulent quote from our CEO, but don’t be fooled!
