Charlize Theron Kiss Costs Woman $140,000 (VIDEO)

At a charity event held on Thursday night, actress Charlize Theron auctioned away a 20-second kiss to one fortunate woman. What did it cost her? Just $140,000.

The lucky winner also received a travel package to South Africa which included tickets to the 2010 World Cup, a safari expedition and a chance to meet Nelson Mandela.

The woman-to-woman kiss was a last minute addition to prize package, as the bidding had hit a wall at $37,000.

Jeremy Piven had raised $280,000 earlier in the night for the charity called OneXOne. It seems that Charlize Theron was feeling competitive.

“For f—’s sake. You can do better,” Theron anounced. “There is no way I am leaving here with Jeremy Piven getting a higher bid. I’ve got t— for God’s sake.”

The kiss was initially going to be 7 seconds long and was going for $130,000. Finally, one “lucky” woman reaised the bid to $140,000, and attendees counted to 20 as the two kissed.

OneXOne was started back in 2005 by Diesel Canada President Joelle Berdugo Adler and since then has raised over $7 million for kids around the world.
