This one just keeps on getting better and better, folks.
Charlie Sheen‘s arresting officer in Colorado, Rick Magnuson, once sent letters to al-Qa’ida kingpin Osama Bin Laden and has openly admitted to doing illegal drugs.

In fact, a Counter Terrorism Unit in New Jersey looked into the strange letters sent by Magnuson, who maintains they were part of an “art project.”
Magnuson also uploaded a video to YouTube several years ago in which he pretends to pleasure himself in the middle of the Mojave Desert.
When confronted by a local reporter about the video, the Colorado police officer defended his actions as “artful.” Magnuson claims the 12-minute video, called “Hole”, is evidence of his self-expressive side. He created the clip on his 40th birthday.
When questioned during a live televised debate in 2006, Magnuson bragged that he had drugs while employed in law enforcement. He stated that he had only done so once while in Amsterdam where they’re legal.
He also got a reprimand from his department back in 2006 after he had written letters to Osama Bin Laden and George W. Bush as part of his “art project.”
Magnuson then posted pics of the returned envelopes on his website with weird titles like, “George Bush Ashes To Ashes”, “Osama bin Laden Uses Prostitutes” and “Osama bin Laden Suck My (expletives)”.
The Colorado cop also videotapes men from Mexico (whom he says are in the U.S. illegally) to post on YouTube after he hires said “undocumented workers” to perform various tasks for him.
This guy must be great fun at cocktail parties!
