charlie sheen brooke mueller Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller Not Divorcing

Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller say they will not be getting a divorce, according to Sheen's manager Mark Burg.

"I have spoken to all parties concerned. There are no plans for divorce," Burg said. "They are both deeply upset about what happened and are trying to work things out amicably.

"They both want to get away from all the sensationalism surrounding what happened and quietly resolve things."

A reconciliation could be a little tough, however, as a judge in Colorado granted a restraining order prohibiting Sheen from his wife after the actor was arrested on charges of domestic battery.

Burg also serves as one of the executive producers of Sheen's CBS show Two and a Half Men.  He says that Charlie and his wife were not separated before the fight that resulted in his arrest, as had been previously rumored.

"Brooke went to Colorado a day ahead of Charlie. That was it," Burg said. "They had not been separated and neither of them has plans to file for divorce."

Rumor has it, however, that Brooke wants out of the marriage and has been flanked by Charlie Sheen's people in a massive damage control effort since the incident.

They have been married for just under two years and have twin boys together.
