Casey Johnson was apparently in severe financial distress prior to her death earlier this week.
In the past couple of months, Johnson had been sued for not making payments on her Porsche and she also lost a huge (in the neighborhood of 5 figures) lawsuit to a professional nanny service.
Porsche had sued the heiress back in September 2009 for failing to make her $2,300.47-per-month lease payments on her ’09 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S in June, July and August 2009. Porsche eventually reclaimed the vehicle in December.
The Elizabeth Rose Agency had also filed a lawsuit against Johnson in August 2009. The company won a judgment in December for $20,189.35.
Of course, the big question now it, since Tila Tequila often referred to Casey Johnson as her “wifey,” will she now stake a claim to some of the heiress’ fortune?
