Just like that, Casey Anthony is a free woman. Facing chants of “baby killer” from a raucous and heckling crowd, Anthony boarded an SUV and sped out of view.
Casey was released under heavy guard early Sunday morning, just 12 days after a jury acquitted her on murder and child neglect charges related to the death of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony.
Her legal team fears for her safety, as the Anthony family has been receiving death threats ever since Casey was found “not guilty” earlier this month.
