Carrie Prejean: Miss California Title Could Be Stripped

Well, we saw this coming earlier today.

Carrie Prejean, the current reigning Miss California, might just could be “stripped” of her title (pardon the pun) due to the fact that she posed semi-naked in pictures.

UPDATE: Miss California Carrie Prejean was fired on June 10, 2009.

Pageant spokesperson Roger Neal said yesterday that it looks as though Carrie Prejean has nullified the agreement that all of the Miss USA contestants sign before entering the competition.

That contract contains a clause which asks potential candidates if they they have conducted themselves “in accordance with the highest ethical and moral standards,” and use an example of “been photographed nude or partially nude.” Oops.

Carrie Prejean claims that she was only 17 years old when the photographs were taken (oh yeah, child porn is MUCH better!) So far no one is buying her story.

Pageant officials are under the assumption that the pics were taken after they financed Prejean’s breast enhancement surgery, which means the pics would have been taken within the past nine weeks. Pre-surgery photos of Carrie Prejean would seem to validate that assumption.

Victoria’s Secret has verified that Prejean is sporting a line of lingerie in the picture that wasn’t even manufactured until 2006. Carrie Prejean celebrated her 18th birthday in 2005. Oops again.
