Is it some kind of funky Play-Doh?
Is it ice cream?
Is it a big, pink boa constrictor?
No, that my friends…is chicken nugget paste.
Say hello to mechanically separated chicken. It’s what all fast-food chicken is made from…things like chicken nuggets and patties.
Also, any processed frozen chicken found in your local grocery store is made from it.
Basically, the entire chicken is smashed and pressed through a sieve…bones, eyes, guts, everything.
It comes out looking like this. Yummy!
It gets better…due to the fact that it’s crawling with bacteria, it will be washed with ammonia (well, soaked in it, really).
Then, because it tastes absolutely disgusting, it will be re-flavored artificially.
Another problem – it’s pink. They fix that by dying it with artificial coloring.
But, hey, at least it tastes good, right?
Now, who’s ready for dinner?
