This poor cameraman for Fox 17 in Michigan thought he’d help out this fitness segment by doing a little workout on the old fitness ball.
Unfortunately, working out on the fitness ball is not as easy as it seems.
What’s especially funny is the slow manner in which he tumbles off the ball. He knows it’s happening, yet he’s powerless to stop it.
Hey, you can’t blame the guy. His job is to work the camera, not work out in front of it.
