Busta Rhymes must fork over $75,000 to concert-goer Alex Duncan after chucking water bottles at him.
Duncan went to a concert back in 2003 to see Fabolous who never showed up for the gig.
He then attempted to split and go home once Rhymes took the stage. The rapper took notice and the two got into a heated argument.
Busta got worked up yelled, “I’m not good for you?” he then tossed a few bottles of water at Duncan, who is now 32.
Duncan says he suffered psychological damages and now has PTSD-like nightmares about the attack.
Rhymes failed to show up for any of the seven court hearings on the matter, so Duncan now gets $75,000.
Duncan’s attorney was quoted as saying, “It looks like we busted up Busta’s rhyme.”
