It now looks as though Brooke Mueller may be able to avoid spending any time in prison after being charged with felony cocaine possession with intent to distribute, and the woman Mueller allegedly assaulted at the time isn’t one bit happy about it.
In December 2011, Mueller was arrested on cocaine charges and a misdemeanor third degree assault charge. She was hit with felony cocaine possession charges last week. Mueller was also charged with assaulting Liana Little, who says she bumped into Mueller at a night club. After a heated exchange, Mueller allegedly hit Little in the back.
Speaking to TMZ, Little says she’s “furious” about the situation, adding that she thinks Mueller should face jail time, not only for the cocaine charges, but also for assaulting her.
Little says, “She needs to learn her lesson that what she did was not okay.”
Mueller’s lawyer is reportedly in the process of hammering out a plea deal for Charlie Sheen’s ex, and jail time isn’t even on the table. Instead, Mueller will likely only be facing a few months of community service and required drug education classes, after which all charges will be formally dismissed.
Mueller’s next court date is scheduled for April 2, when the judge is expeted to hand down her sentence.
