Redbox is trying to move quickly in removing outdoor promo posters for the Brittany Murphy movie “Deadline”.
The movie posters depict a lifeless Murphy lying in a bathtub. The same image was printed on the DVD’s cover.

Brittany Murphy died this past Sunday, apparently from cardiac arrest. Autopsy results are pending.
Officials are now trying to remove the posters from kiosk displays as quickly as possible. They say it should take about 7 to 10 days to remove the images from the 19,000 kiosks located in the U.S.
The “Deadline” distribution company is also going to be changing the DVD covers.
