If you knew you were wearing one, wouldn't you be sure to eat your favorite flavor so that the world knew about it? Does that make it artificial? It's not like we're spoofing proxies and re-loading the page every 60 seconds. THAT would be artificial Alexa rank inflation, in my view. :-) In any case, if someone were going to pay top dollar for a blog or a site, they're going to want to see how many backlinks you have and what your Alexa rank is.
