It's on.  The snow has been coming down like crazy all night long and we've still got a long way to go.

The majority of forecasters seem to think that we're going to get anywhere from 15-25 inches, with some spots getting more.

I can tell you that I just came inside after playing with the kids and it's COLD.  Time for some hot chocolate.

Pretty much all Saturday activities have been canceled and tomorrow's Ravens game has already been pushed back until 4:15 p.m. EST.  I'm hunkered down in the home office.  Seemed like the best bet at this point.

Here are some photos to give you an idea of what we're dealing with.

This first one was taken at about 1 a.m. EST this morning, about two hours after the snow started falling:

It's still not too bad at this hour.  We've probably got 5 inches or so on the ground, but it's coming down at a pretty good clip.
