Our HQ here at Blippitt is located in Baltimore, MD which is at the center of this weekend’s #snowpocalpyse, currently a hot topic over on Twitter.

The 6 p.m. EST totals from the National Weather Service and local meteorological experts put snowfall totals in the range of 18-24 inches. The very latest reports, however, are showing a much higher liquid equivalency ratio, which in layman’s terms means that many local experts are now calling for 24-36 inches and blizzard-like conditions by tomorrow evening (in fact, a Blizzard Warning just went up for several parts of Maryland).
Here in Baltimore, the snow has already started and the ground is covered. We could be looking at 2-4 inches by morning with LOTS more still to come.
This could be a storm of Biblical proportions here in the Mid-Atlantic and we will be live blogging straight through it!
We’ll be posting pictures and updates as often as is needed. Stay tuned and buckle up, it’s going to be a wild ride!
