Best Buy has embraced the social networking wave by launching a dedicated help force that is available exclusively on Twitter. Hundreds of Best Buy employees will now be helping customers via the insanely popular micro-blogging website. They have even created a series of commercials (below) that don't even mention the Best Buy website, but instead show the URL of their Twitter account.
Tweeting Best Buy workers, called the TwelpForce, can now send messages from the @Twelpforce account, and by adding the hash-tag #twelpforce, their messages can automatically be seen under the TwelpForce handle.
It's fascinating to see more and more companies embracing the idea of helping their customers via social networking, and via Twitter especially.
