The Baltimore Grand Prix is here! This weekend, Indy cars will be doing 180 mph down the streets of Baltimore.
If you’re like me, you got your tickets back when we first posted about the BGP (but you can still get some here). I’m going to the race on Sunday.
In case you’re wondering how you can join in the festivities online, you’ll be excited to know that you can now do a “virtual lap” around the Baltimore Grand Prix circuit. Check it out in the video below.
You can also download the official Baltimore Grand Prix iPhone app (iTunes link). The app gives you access to special interviews with the drivers, allows you to follow the official @BaltimoreGP Twitter stream, and even has a “reality” feature that will let you use your iPhone camera to point out local points of interest.
The “map” feature is a little crowded for my taste, but overall, this is a pretty nice app.
You can also get the latest updates on the official Baltimore Grand Prix website. You can download a PDF version of the Baltimore Grand Prix Fan Guide here as well.
Are you going to the 2011 Baltimore Grand Prix? If so, let us know in the comments below or on our Facebook page or on Twitter.
If you’re late to the party, get your Baltimore Grand Prix tickets here.
