What is Anti-gravity yoga? Well, think about what you would get if you crossed an S&M club with Cirque cu Soleil. Now you have anti-gravity yoga.

Anti-Gravity Yoga
Dubbed anti-gravity yoga by its founder, former gymnast Christopher Harrison, it’s part acrobatics, body conditioning, Pilates and gymnastics.
“It’s different from any other workout” my wife Gabby says. It seems easy but it’s quite strenuous.
You simply use a fabric that you grab and swing from, and sometimes hang upside down from. It’s not for the faint of heart or the easily dizzy. I admit, I’ve never really seen anything quite like this.
You can currently sign up for classes at the Crunch Gym in New York City.
