Amazon Warehouse Loses Lease, Invites Public to Loot and Pillage

One of Amazon UK's largest warehousing and fulfilment suppliers has lost its lease.

Bookbarn lost its lease on its Bristol warehouse, so they opened their doors and invited the public in to come and swipe all of publishers' consigned books they had on hand.

Most people came prepared with crates and boxes to cart away their new collections.  We're told that some managed to nab as many as 150 books in a single visit.

By the afternoon, many shelves had been completely emptied, although thousands of books were still strewn about on the warehouse floor in Bedminster, Bristol.
