Amanda Flowers, a 24-year-old woman from Manchester, England, says an injury sustained while using a Wii Fit has made her a sex addict.
After taking a tumble from her Wii Fit board, Flowers claims that even minor vibrations, like those that emanate from food processors, “turn her on.” A doctor has told her that she suffered a damaged nerve that has provoked “persistent sexual arousal syndrome.”
“It began as a twinge down below before surging through my body. Sometimes it built up into a trembling orgasm,” says Flowers.
Although this particular type of injury isn’t one you see all that often, many UK physicians have reported frequently treating patients for Wii-related injuries. At times, up to ten people per week are being hospitalized with injuries caused by playing Nintendo Wii games, according to Fox News.
