The American Idol Season 9 Top 8 guys took the stage last night for a spot in the final 12.
Alex Lambert did Ray LaMontagne‘s “Trouble”.
Ellen DeGeneres told Alex he is now a mushy banana but that he keeps getting better each week. Kara DioGuardi and Simon Cowell both agreed that he needs to relax a little more.
Simon even suggested that he try to picture Randy Jackson in a bikini. Yikes!
