As a mother of two internationally adopted children... there's nothing she needs more than a stable, consistent and readily available mother figure to help her lead as emotionally healthy of a life as possible. Having been a mom before and clearly wanting the best for this little gir, I'm assuming nannies are out and personalized care is in : ) God bless and best wishes!
