Adam Lambert appeared on CBS' "The Early Show" on Wednesday morning and brought mom with him.
On the show, Lambert did not offer any apologies fir his controversial performance at the AMAs.
"I admit I did get carried away, but I don't see anything wrong with it," he said. "I do see how people got offended and that was not my intention. My intention was to interpret the lyrics of my song and have a good time with it."
Leila Lambert said she was "a little taken aback" by Adam's actions, but she went with the flow.
