Pam Shaw is a cabaret singer known as “The Sexational Pam.” She’s a proud, 70-year-old virgin and in her golden years, she’s finally ready for love!
So why did she wait so long? Shaw told Britain’s The Sun that she was waiting for marriage.
Unfortunately for Shaw, 70 years later, that never happened, but she did come pretty close once.
“In 1976 I was proposed to by an oil rig worker in Blackpool,” she said. “I said yes but later broke it off when I realized I didn’t fancy him.”
The sexy cabaret singer has been plying her trade for more then 50 years, and her virginity has not been the result of a lack of opportunities.
“Men saw the outfits I wore on stage and thought I would be easy,” she said. “But I’ve never really been intimate with a man, just a bit of kissing. I had a sexy stage name and dressed sexy but that was all for my career.”
All kinds of guys have had a thing for Shaw, whether it was working men like the oil rig worker or celebrities like Tom Jones and Englebert Humperdinck.
It was never hard for Pam Shaw to reel the men in, but the sparks just never flew.
She explains, “I feel I am ready to give marriage a go and maybe go to bed with a man. You are never too old for anything. Just look at Joan Collins.”
