Apparently, three passenger jets narrowly avoided a midair collision on Tuesday near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Washington, D.C.
Three US Airways flights carrying 192 passengers and crew members came within just seconds of colliding at around 2 p.m. ET.
Air traffic controllers reportedly cleared two outbound flights to head in the direction of an incoming plane.
The incident is now being investigated.
