The 2012 Summer Olympics are officially here!
Last night’s Opening Ceremonies had a little something for everyone.
Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) accompanied a symphonic performance of “Chariots of Fire,” James Bond (Daniel Craig) parachuted into the Olympic stadium with Queen Elizabeth (that was real, right?), we got a behind-the-scenes look at every child’s worst nightmares, we got to see a high-tech love story, we met Tim Berners-Lee - the man who invented the World Wide Web, we got a performance from Paul McCartney, and of course, there was the Parade of Nations.
It was truly a spectacle to behold.
